一, Main uses
  The micro-pitting fatigue testing machine is mainly used to study the micro-pitting characteristics of rolling contact materials. The testing machine includes a main sample axis and three companion sample axes, that is, there are three contact points on a main sample, and one rotation of the main sample is equivalent to three contact cycles. The testing machine applies a constant load to the sample of rolling or rolling plus sliding contact, so that its contact surface is subjected to the action of circulating line and point friction contact pressure.
The testing machine is tested by controlling and changing the load, speed, slip rate, time, friction material, surface roughness, hardness and other parameters to evaluate the pitting contact fatigue life of the material.
