1. Main uses
This testing machine is mainly used for anodic metal alumina, electroplated metal, metal coating, plastic products, rubber and other materials test. The grinding range of 0.9 degrees per reciprocating motion allows the sample to always be rubbed to a fresh surface (a complete 360 degree rotation requires 400 reciprocations). The friction ring fricts the underside of the sample so that dust does not fall on the surface of the sample, preventing slipping caused by repeated friction.
Various types of sandpaper can be used and can be matched with various equipment cages. In addition to flat samples, samples of other shapes can also be tested on this test machine. Tests can be designed flexibly.
