一. Main uses
MMQ-02GL low-temperature friction and wear test machine is a ball-disc and pin-disc friction test machine independently developed by our company. It is composed of test force loading system, friction measurement system, experimental clamping system, low-temperature control system, spindle system and electrical control system. It is mainly used for simulation test of dry friction and oil lubrication at normal temperature and low temperature.
The machine can change the temperature, load, speed, friction pair material, friction pair surface roughness, hardness, atmosphere protection and other parameters and change the lubrication state (oil free lubrication, oil lubrication), to realize the friction simulation test between two kinds of friction pairs.
The machine can simulate the form of sliding friction, and has two kinds of friction pairs: ball-disk friction pairs and pin-disk friction pairs. Can complete point and surface friction simulation experiment. It can be used to evaluate the friction and wear properties of metals, coatings, coatings, rubber, ceramics and other materials.
