一. main application
MHS series scratch instrument adopts Swiss technology to study the binding force of coating and substrate, scratch resistance and failure evaluation of coating.
This series of instruments can be used to characterize the coating binding force at a maximum depth of 600 μ m or 1000 μ m (depending on the model). The scratch tester can be used to analyze various soft and hard coatings. The scratch tester has a unique design that includes two sensors for the associated stroke load and stroke displacement measurements. These unique features provide rapid response times (as low as milliseconds), excellent accuracy, and a high degree of flexibility for scratch measurements of various coatings.
