一、 Main purpose
The high-speed ring block wear testing machine mainly evaluates the lubrication performance of various lubricants in the form of sliding friction under immersion lubrication conditions, especially suitable for simulating and evaluating the anti scratch performance of mid to high grade automotive gear oil, and can also be used for studying the wear performance of various metal, non-metallic materials and coatings.

The high-speed ring block wear testing machine adopts a frame structure, which is controlled by a DC motor to load the lever. Each test parameter is set in units, which is convenient to operate and the test readings are accurate and reliable. The machine adopts an integrated structural design, combining computers, software, industrial control modules, and actuators into a single frame to complete the control of the entire experimental process. It can collect real-time test data and draw corresponding test curves, and can be stored arbitrarily Retrieve and print out test data or curves.
