一. Main uses
The current carrying reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is mainly used to test the friction and wear properties of materials and surface coatings. The machine adopts automatic loading, which can simulate the contact form of point, line and surface for reciprocating movement, and realize the test of friction, friction coefficient and other friction performance parameters under different test forces, different experiment frequencies and different current conditions.
The industrial control computer and related software are used to control the whole machine and the test process, display the test force, test time, test frequency, friction, friction coefficient in real time, store data and print reports, and draw the curve of each parameter. The machine is equipped with super preset stop or alarm protection of main parameters.
