一Main uses and functions
Textile crochet reciprocating friction testing machine is mainly used to simulate the friction and wear performance test between textile crochet and knitting thread. The testing machine adopts automatic loading mode, which can simulate the reciprocating motion of crochet and knitting thread in actual working condition, and realize the testing of friction and friction coefficient under different test force, different stroke and different test frequency.
The tester can also be used for friction and wear testing of materials or surface coatings, simulating the reciprocating motion of the contact form of points, lines and surfaces.
The machine uses industrial control computer and related software to realize the whole control of the whole machine and the test process, real-time display of test force, test time, test frequency, friction, friction coefficient, storage data print reports, and draw the curve of each parameter. With the main parameter super preset stop or alarm protection.

三 sample clamping part
(1) Textile crochet and thread module
The module is used to hold the crochet sample and thread that the user needs to test. It is equipped with a single friction measuring mechanism, which can be used to measure the friction between the crochet and the thread.

(2) Pin disc, ball disc sample
The lower sample is smooth and flat (can be square or round), fixed in the lower sample base by screws, the lower sample base is tightly connected with the fixed base, and the whole is fixed on the stable force base.
The upper sample is a ball, a sample pin or other parts, which are installed in the upper sample chuck seat, and the chuck seat assembly is connected with the press rod and fixed together, and the whole is connected with the linear reciprocating mechanism.
