一. Main uses
  MDN-1 internal combustion engine tribology and dynamics simulation testing machine is suitable for the internal combustion engine simulation testing machine with the speed below 2000r/min, which is used to output the friction force of the left and right plain bearing of the engine spindle under the simulated state, the vibration signal of the spindle in the horizontal and vertical direction, and the lubricant sampling under the corresponding speed. And it can simulate the pin-disk friction form to carry out the pin-disk friction test.
  The machine can simulate the actual working condition of the internal combustion engine, that is, the engine crankshaft simulation test under the radial and axial forces, can simulate the reciprocating movement of the cylinder liner and piston ring pair, the sliding wear of the sliding bearing shaft and the bearing shell, and detect the vibration and wear of the cylinder liner and the sliding bearing.
  By detecting the parameters in the running process, the influence of each parameter on the working condition of the internal combustion engine is analyzed, and the parts and lubrication system are judged.
