一. Main functions
Under certain contact pressure, the machine has the friction form of rolling, sliding or sliding composite movement under abrasive, high temperature, normal temperature, atmosphere protection and other states, and has a stepless speed regulation system, which can be used to evaluate the friction and wear performance of lubricants, metals, plastics, coatings, rubber, ceramics and other materials under extremely low speed or high speed conditions. The machine has a lot of space for expansion of friction pairs, such as low-speed pin disc (with large and small plates, single needle and three pins) friction function, four-ball long-term wear resistance and four-ball rolling contact fatigue, ball-bronze three-piece lubrication performance, as well as thrust washer, ball-disk, mud wear, and stick-slip friction performance tests
二. Control mode and software function
The testing machine is an electromechanical hydraulic integrated precision test instrument. Imported hydraulic pump is used as power source, overflow, throttling and reversing valves are Taiwan original and independently developed proportional valves, hydraulic cylinder adopts frictionless plunger cylinder to ensure accurate force value. Spindle motor selection servo integrated speed control system and motor, stable speed, large torque, wide speed control range, low noise. The measurement parameters include test force, friction force, test time and test period (spindle revolution). The four parameters can be preset according to the studied material to achieve the best use effect, when any parameter exceeds the preset value, the corresponding alarm light is on, and the spindle stops rotating. All measurement axis results can be displayed on the computer screen in real time, while recording the test curve, and save the test curve.
