一. Main uses
  The system uses an optical microscope and camera with the suppression of highly reflective light, as well as analytical measurement software, which can be used to clearly observe metal wear marks and detect the degree of metal wear. The system is equipped with metallographic microscope, high definition analog camera, image measurement management software. This measuring system can be used for NB/SH/T0765-2021 "Diesel lubrication Evaluation (High frequency reciprocating testing machine method)" and GB19147-2016 diesel lubrication wear spot measurement, computer acquisition of wear spot image, automatic measurement of wear spot size and save the data.

  The measuring system mainly includes metallographic microscope, two-dimensional workbench, high definition camera, image measurement management software.

Among them, the gold phase microscope includes the bottom plate, column, observation seat, photographic eyepiece, eyepiece, objective lens, lighting power supply, lighting blower, power cord and so on. The microscope is equipped with a separate imaging plane and connected to the electronic imaging system camera. The camera is installed and connected to the computer. The x and y distances can be automatically measured through the image measurement software, with a magnification of 100 times and an accuracy of 1 micron.
