With the increasingly strict environmental requirements, especially the implementation of the national standard for automotive diesel (GB/T 19147-2009) nationwide, producing high-quality clean diesel has become a new direction for the development of modern oil refining enterprises in China. Effective control has been implemented on the sulfur content in diesel, and during the process of removing sulfides in diesel refining, the effective components that provide lubricity in diesel have also been removed. As the sulfur content in diesel decreases, the risk of poor lubrication increases. The method of using high-frequency reciprocating testing machine (HFRR) to evaluate the lubricity of diesel is currently widely used internationally as a method and testing instrument.

It can meet the testing requirements for evaluating diesel lubricity and reach the same level as foreign countries.

 

This testing machine is designed in accordance with the technical indicators required by SH/T 0765-2005 "Diesel Lubricity Evaluation Method (High Frequency Reciprocating Testing Machine Method)". After years of validation tests, the results show that this testing machine has good repeatability, discrimination, and reproducibility in evaluating diesel lubricity. The accuracy of various control technical parameters and experimental results is relatively ideal. The newly designed and developed diesel lubricity wear testing machine will provide a good testing instrument for relevant refineries, quality inspection institutions, research and development units, etc.
