In September 2004, Jinan Yihua Tribology Testing Technology Co., Ltd. was commissioned by the Armored Corps Engineering College to develop the first GPM-30 microcomputer controlled rolling contact fatigue testing machine in China, and it was successfully delivered to users for use. Since its successful development, this testing machine has been recognized and praised by domestic and foreign tribology experts. Significant contributions have been made to the development of tribology in China, especially to the testing and scientific research of rolling contact fatigue. This testing machine is the only testing equipment that can meet the rolling contact fatigue testing method of metal materials.

Since the successful development of GPM-30, Jinan Yihua Tribology Testing Technology Co., Ltd. has successively developed a series of microcomputer controlled rolling contact fatigue machines, including GPM-30 dual motor, GPM-30A, GPM-40, GPM-60, etc. This series of products not only meet the rolling contact fatigue testing methods (GB/T10622-1989 "Rolling Contact Fatigue Testing Methods for Metal Materials", JB-T10510-2005 "Rolling Bearing Material Contact Fatigue Testing Methods", YB-T 5345-2006 "Rolling Contact Fatigue Testing Methods for Metal Materials"), but also meet more requirements according to different user needs: arbitrary setting of slip rate, solid lubrication conditions, gear fatigue testing
