一. Main uses and functions
High temperature reciprocating friction and wear testing machine is mainly used to test the friction properties of materials and surface coatings. The machine adopts automatic loading, magnetic drive, can simulate the contact form of point, line and surface for reciprocating movement, can be tested under high temperature, lubrication and other conditions. The industrial control computer and related software are used to control the whole machine and the test process, display the test force, test time, test frequency, friction force, friction coefficient and test temperature in real time, store data and print reports, and draw the curve of each parameter. The machine is equipped with super preset stop or alarm protection of main parameters.
