一、 Main purpose and scope of application
This testing machine is mainly used for studying material sorting equipment, and is a scientific instrument for testing and evaluating the tribological properties of materials or surface coatings. This testing machine simulates rotation, linear reciprocating, and ring block motion under a certain test force, and tests the comprehensive performance of materials or surface layers by controlling and changing the test force, speed, frequency, stroke, time, friction material, surface roughness, hardness, and other parameters. It can dynamically detect parameters such as test force, friction force, and temperature between friction pairs, and draw real-time curves of each parameter. It is equipped with main parameter preset shutdown and alarm protection.
