1. Trained personnel are allowed to use this equipment and are not allowed to modify the equipment parameters arbitrarily to avoid equipment damage or personal injury caused by operational errors.
2. Before the test, the testing machine should be idle and preheated for 10 minutes to ensure its stability.
3. The cleaning of the test friction pair must be thorough and the installation should be smooth, otherwise it will cause vibration and affect the test data.
4. Choose (set) reasonable experimental parameters, friction pairs, and matching materials, otherwise it will affect the experimental results or make it impossible to conduct the experiment. Choose the appropriate test format, otherwise the spindle will not operate properly.
5. If significant vibration occurs during the experiment, the machine should be immediately shut down to avoid damaging the equipment. Experimental parameters, friction pairs, and matching materials should be re selected
6. It is necessary to ensure that the connecting plate and shaft of the friction measurement device are securely connected, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of friction measurement.
7. When loading the test force, it is necessary to adjust the height of the lower auxiliary disc and finally lock it with a nut, otherwise it will cause jamming or inaccurate test force.
8. The reset operation must be carried out when the upper and lower samples are about to come into contact, otherwise it will cause a large error in the test force; If the reset button is not operational, please click on the bottom right corner to release the reset button.
9. The maximum friction torque setting value should be moderate. If it exceeds the set value, an alarm will be triggered and the machine will shut down.
10. Do not forcefully twist the lower auxiliary disc to avoid damaging the friction sensor;
11. Zero friction torque: After the test force is loaded, before the spindle starts. (After the test force is loaded, it cannot be released and reset again)
12. After the experiment, pay attention to saving the test data; In case of sudden power outage or other unexpected situations, the data will be temporarily saved in the winnt folder of the C drive. This data must be copied out before the software starts again, otherwise it will be lost.
13. During the experiment, if there is an emergency or abnormal situation, please immediately press the emergency stop button to shut down the entire testing machine and protect the experimental equipment. If the spindle does not rotate after startup, please first confirm whether the emergency stop switch pops up.
14. After each test, it is necessary to unload thoroughly, that is, until the limit switch is activated. When unloading, it is necessary to pay attention to observation to ensure that the force application plate does not come into contact with the bearing cover. When the limit switch is not working, click the "pause" button or press the "emergency stop" button on the lower plate to manually stop unloading, otherwise the equipment will be damaged.
15. When exiting the measurement and control system, do not use the“ ×” Button, otherwise, some control hardware may not be able to shut down.
16. If conducting a heating test, be sure to wait until the temperature drops to room temperature before disassembling to avoid personal injury; When not conducting a heating test, do not connect the heating plug to the heating power supply.
