1. Trainees are only allowed to use this equipment and are not allowed to modify equipment parameters arbitrarily to avoid equipment damage or personal injury caused by operational errors.
2. Ensure that the three-phase and neutral wiring of the power supply is correct, and that the motor is rotating forward.
3. The oil used for the hydraulic system of the testing machine is No. 32 precision machine tool hydraulic oil. For the first time using, check for oil leaks in all hydraulic components and oil circuits.
4. There is no pressure in the hydraulic system. Firstly, check if the rotation direction of the oil pump motor is correct. If it is not correct, replace any two phases of the three-phase power supply line; If the oil pump motor does not operate, please immediately press the host button to check if the motor power connection is normal.
5. Before the experiment, the testing machine must be preheated for 30 minutes.
6. The steel ball and experimental friction pair should be thoroughly cleaned, and the installation of the oil box should meet the standards.
7. The reset operation must be carried out when the test force shows stability during the rising process of the sample; If the reset button is not operational, please click on the bottom right corner to release the reset button.
8. Click the "Start Loading" button. If the hydraulic cylinder cannot rise, click the "Load" button until the hydraulic cylinder slowly rises, and then click the "Pause" button; If the lifting speed of the hydraulic cylinder is too fast, please immediately click "Test Force Release Zero" when the oil box is not in contact with the main shaft, then click the "Test Force Zero" button, and then click the "Hydraulic Unloading" button. When the oil cylinder falls back to its original position, click the "Unloading" button to reduce the pressure of the oil during loading, thereby reducing the initial value of the test force.
9. The maximum friction torque setting value should be moderate. If it exceeds the set value, an alarm will be triggered and the machine will shut down.
10. After the test force is loaded, do not click "Test Force Release Zero" again.
11. Before the experiment, it is necessary to choose the appropriate test form, otherwise the spindle cannot start normally.
12. Zero friction torque: After the test force is loaded, before starting the spindle.
13. When conducting high-temperature tests, it is necessary to use specialized fixtures or wait until the temperature drops to room temperature before disassembling the sample to avoid personal injury; When not conducting a high-temperature test, do not insert the heating furnace plug into the heating socket.
14. Be sure to operate the testing machine according to normal operating procedures, otherwise it may be damaged due to overloading or unloading.
15. During the experiment, if there is an emergency or abnormal situation, please immediately press the emergency stop button to shut down the entire testing machine and protect the experimental equipment. If the spindle does not rotate after startup, please first confirm whether the emergency stop switch pops up.
16. After the experiment, pay attention to saving the experimental data; If there is a sudden power outage or other unexpected situation, the data will be temporarily saved in the winnt folder of the C drive. This data must be copied out before the software starts again, otherwise it will be lost.
17. After each test, it is important to unload the test force.
18. When exiting the measurement and control system, do not use the“ ×” Button, otherwise, some control hardware may not be able to shut down.
19. Pay attention to regular maintenance of the equipment.
