一. Main uses
This machine is mainly used to evaluate the friction and wear properties of specimens such as end face and pin disc in the form of sliding friction at high temperature. It can be used to assess the wear properties of new materials such as metals, coatings, engineering plastics, ceramics and powder metallurgy, and to determine the wear resistance and material matching characteristics of their materials. The test can be carried out under various parameters such as load, speed, time, friction material, surface roughness, hardness, test environment temperature, etc. The testing machine has a space for expansion of friction pairs and can adopt two forms of end face and pin disc.
The test force of the machine is stable and reliable. The test force can be set by the operator on the computer interface. Spindle speed, revolution, test force, friction torque, friction pair temperature, test time and other parameters are controlled by the computer, real-time collection of test data and can draw the corresponding test curve, can be stored, read, print out the test data or curve.
